Return & Refund Policy


At talveran, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom jersey. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Returns:
Because our jerseys are made-to-order and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Please check your order carefully upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@talveran.com. Include photos of the issue so we can quickly assess and resolve the problem.

3. Refunds:
Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement jersey, depending on your preference. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

4. Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Because each jersey is customized, we cannot accept exchanges for size or design changes after the order is placed.

5. Shipping for Returns:
If a return is approved, talveran will cover the shipping cost for defective or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the return does not meet our policy criteria.
